Journal swap.....

I can finally show a photo of the journal I made for Elaine.I chose a Bronwyn Hayes stitchery for the front of the journal then jazzed it up a bit with a bag of caramel centered easter eggs as well as some sticky tabs and a matching blue pen.I had lots of fun making this journal for Elaine and to hear she's happy with it makes me happy :) Thanks for being my swap partner in this swap Elaine, maybe we'll be able to swap again another time :)
I also bought myself this yummy, soft wool for a scarf and guess what??? This scarf is going to be for little old me! I'm finally making something for myself, will show you a pic when it's done :)

What a fabulous journal, Barb. You did a great job with it. Good for you making a scarf for yourself. Flurry comes in great colours, doesn't it? A strand of Flurry and a strand of ostrich yarn in complimentary colours looks great togther, too.
