Crochet flower medallion....

I saw this lovely flower tutorial at "A spoonful of Sugar's" blog last night and just had to make it so this morning I got out my trusty crochet hook and some 4ply baby wool I had hanging around from a baby rug I'd been working on.
The instructions were simple and easy after I realised some of the terminology was American and converted the stitches to Aussi.eg:dc was really treble and the sc was really double crochet for us over in Aussie land.
Thanks for the great tutorial and if you'd like to make your very own flower medallion pop over to Lisa's blog "A spoonful of Sugar" it's located on my side bar and check out what she used hers for......

Hi Barb!
I love your little flower... I shall have to learn to crochet - it's another thing on my To Do list!

I visited A Spoonful of Sugar last night, and the project Sarah has used the flower for is just gorgeous! Have you any plans or designs for your flower just yet?

Hugs! Vikki xx

Fantastic!! Can't wait to see what you use it for. I have been putting mine on knitted scarves, bags, and headbands.
