FNSI Results…..

Friday I had a chance to start early on these blocks….

I know they don’t look like squares yet but in a little while they morphed into……

See the square shape beginning to form and after the final couple of rounds they looked like this…….

here’s a close up of the two blocks done in two colour combinations……..

This is the Willow block by Jan Eaton made up in  Bendigo Woollen Mills 4ply cotton and while I love the colours you can get in these cottons I think these squares will only be multiplying to make up a couple of rectangle cushions as I’m not to sure how it will keep it’s shape with something big like a blanket.

So this is is how I spent my Friday and Friday night, now to pop around all the other participants blogs and see what they got up to  Smile

Beautiful little blocks. My daughter has just taught herself to crochet and loves it . I have not tried crochet but always admire these beautiful creations.
