Finished flimsie.....

In my last post I said I was going to be working on these blocks which I did yesterday, all thses border strips are scraps from another project I've been working on....hopefully I'll have this other project finished in the next week or two and be able to show you pictures of what else I've been working on.
These blocks were then joined to become this very pretty pink wall hanging flimsie, now to find some backing fabric from my stash to completely finish this project off.

I also sat and watched a bit of tv while working on this crocheted blanket, one of three I have on the go at the moment :)
I'll hopefully have photo's of the completed stictchery blocks and if I'm really industrious I might even have a flimsy to show you.

Busy,busy,busy.....

Friday I put this runner together, the stitcheries have been stitched for a while now and the fabric cut just waiting for some time on my machine.....I'm still thinking on whether I want to add some suffolk puffs ( yoyo's ) to the sashing or just leave it as it is???
This gorgeous pattern is by Marg Low and is called "Believe" if you'd like to purchase this pattern to make one for yourself or as a gift pop into Marg's new on-line shop at http://www.marglowdesigns.bigcartel.com/products she has lots of lovely patterns to tempt you at a very reasonable price :)

These are the last of my 2 1/2" squares I had left over from my Birdie BOM,I haven't finished this off yet as I'm wondering whether to make it into a large cushion or make it into a wall hanging??? I'll put a white sashing around it soon and then decide what it will finish up as.....what do you think? Cushion or wall hanging???

Today I decided to make up some lemon butter and let me tell you it's yummmoooo.....the larger of these jars will be heading off to my sister Anne as I have too much just for me and hubby to consume :)

These are the leftovers still to be made into floor cushions which are going into the babies room where I work, nice big squishy ones for them to lie on or cuddle up to.I'll try to put groups of 4 together ready for FNSI and use Friday night to put their backs on,as I said I've been a very busy girl :)
